I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns about an item you have bought from me, please let me know right away.
Returns are accepted up to 21 days after receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the item. (Refund will be your payment less shipping charges). Before returning anything, please let me know - so I will be expecting the return.
The returned item is your responsibility until I receive it, so please send it back with tracking for your protection. You are responsible for postage/shipping on returned items. If you can reuse my original shipping packaging, please do! Don’t forget to put a new label and postage on it, so that it will get to me, and not be returned to you.
